Cancellation Policy  

We provide quality assessments to help assist all properties in complying with the new regulations for all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our staff, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed / cancelled appointments.

Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling 

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. In order to be respectful of our clients, especially as this appointment may be the deference for someone being fined up to $4000.00 from the tenancy tribunal.  Please call our operations manager. Blair Ashcroft as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment, on 0278651381. or Phone our toll free number. 0800 432646 & leave a message if necessary.  

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 7 days in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another costumer access to that appointment time.

How To Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 0800 432646 between the hours of 9am-5pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible, This will  result in a fee if its considered late as stated bellow. 

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 7 days before the appointed time. A no-show is when a customer misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, it will result in a full charge of the new service fee or $250.00, which ever is higher.
This also applies to all new customers & whom ever is booking on behalf of someone else  ’ first appointments, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the new service fee or $250.00 which ever is higher.
